Accuracy
We work hard to report honestly and check details, but culture, prices and programmes change. ArtFCity is not liable for a decision made from a story, though we will always correct a plain error and explain how it happened.
Accounts and submissions
You do not need an account to read. If you send a correction, pitch or photograph, you confirm it is yours to share and grant us permission to publish it with attribution. We never publish a reader’s details without consent.
Availability
We aim to keep the site up and fast, but we cannot promise uninterrupted access. Maintenance, hosting failures or events beyond our control may take pages offline briefly. We restore service as quickly as we can.
Changes
Terms may update as the site grows. We post the date of each change on this page. Continued use after changes means acceptance. Questions go to contact us.
Intellectual property
The ArtFCity name, design and original photography are ours. You may link to any page freely. Do not use our name or logo in a way that suggests we endorse your product, venue or service without written agreement.
Third-party links
We link to official sites, artist pages and encyclopaedias for background. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, prices or privacy practices. Check their terms before you rely on them.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, ArtFCity is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this site. Nothing here limits rights you hold under mandatory consumer law in your own country.
Indemnity
If you misuse the site, breach these terms or send content you do not own, you agree to cover any reasonable costs we face as a result. This keeps the site free for everyone who plays by the rules.
Governing terms
If one part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force. We will replace any invalid clause with one that comes closest to its intent, so the agreement as a whole still stands.
User conduct
Do not attempt to break, overload or scrape the site, and do not upload malware or unlawful content through a form. We may block traffic that threatens the experience of other readers.
Updates to stories
We revise articles when facts or dates change. A figure that was correct in spring may be out of date by autumn, and we mark each revision so you can judge how fresh it is. Always check an official source before you travel or buy.

Termination
