CONTACT US
Questions, corrections and pitches. One business day response, usually faster.
Write to contact us. We monitor it Monday to Friday, 9 to 5. For the fastest reply, put the page URL in the subject line so the right editor sees it first instead of waiting in a general inbox.
WhatsApp at phone. It is handy for quick questions, but email is better for corrections and documents.

What to include
Story tips: the place or person, a link and why it matters now. Corrections: page URL, the correct detail and a source. Pitches: your beat, two ideas and samples of your published work.
Press access
Organisations may invite us to exhibitions, gigs or studio visits, but we accept only when we can keep our own judgement. Every access arrangement is disclosed in the story that uses it, and it never buys approval.
Reader requests
A good share of our coverage begins with a reader note. If there is a subject you want explained, tell us what you already know and what remains unclear, so we can report the part that is missing.
Response times
We answer most notes the same business day and all of them within one. Complex corrections that need re-reporting take longer, but we will tell you the plan and the date rather than leave you waiting.
Corrections we act on fast
A wrong date, a broken link or a misspelled name is fixed within 48 hours. A disputed claim goes back to the writer and source, and we publish the outcome either way, including when our original finding stands.
Pitches and contributors
We welcome writers and photographers who know the subject they cover. Send two ideas and a short note on how you would report them. We pay for accepted work and expect the same standard as our staff.
Privacy of your note
We never publish your email or full name unless you ask us to. If we quote your correction, we attribute it only with your permission.
Not the right channel for
Please do not send legal notices here; use the DMCA page instead. We also cannot answer every personal request for advice, but popular questions often become a full story later.
What happens after you write
We log your note, route it to the right editor and reply. If it needs more reporting, we schedule it and tell you the date. If we cannot help, we say so and suggest somewhere better.
Sending files and samples
Photos of an artwork, venue or fault help most, so attach two or three clear shots in good light. Keep files under 10MB. We do not accept executables and never open unexpected attachments.
Feedback on our stories
Tell us which page, which claim and what you expected to see. A specific note with a source is the fastest way to get a correction published. We credit readers who spot real errors when they agree.
Requests we cannot take
We do not accept sponsored-post pitches, link-insertion offers or paid coverage of any kind. Notes asking us to add a commercial link are ignored. Genuine corrections, story ideas and reader experiences are always welcome.
