‘Sistahs Who Swing,’ a multi-day diversity event, offered by NKU’s School of the Arts

Northern Kentucky University’s College of the Arts, in affiliation with Jazz Alive, Inc with assistance from Ohio Arts Council, will be internet hosting a multi-day function entitled “Sistahs Who Swing.”

The event will rejoice and highlight African American females artists, educators, and businesswomen. There will be discussion and reflection on a assortment of difficulties that all ladies in enterprise and the arts experience in the pursuit of effective careers and life.

Internationally renowned and award-winning jazz vocalist René Marie will be the visitor artist-in-home/clinician for this party. The celebration will conclude on Saturday, March 26 with a functionality by René Marie and the NKU Jazz College.
