(BPRW) Art & SOUL: HAMPTONS, “ADVOCATES FOR BLACK AND BROWN ARTISTS” WILL Take More than THE HAMPTONS THIS Summer WITH PERFORMANCES BY KENNY LATTIMORE, ESNAVI

(Black PR Wire) NEW YORK — Join us July 22-24, 2022 in the Hamptons with New York’s leaders, businessmen, and cultural elite for a festive and enjoyable-crammed weekend.  Artwork & SOUL: Hamptons will rejoice art developed by influential and emerging Black, Indigenous and Artists of Coloration dwelling in the Hamptons.  The opening reception will be hosted by the Southampton African American Museum, using spot at and in collaboration with the Southampton Arts Centre — a hub that is assisting to improve arts and culture for the complete community.  A distinctive film screening of ‘The Inventor” will be introduced by film director Philip Musey. 

This weekend party will encourage men and women to check out the Hamptons to help and link with artists.  This working experience will consist of an artwork stroll exactly where visitors can see some of the artists in residency: John Pinderhughes (SAAM), Yubal Márquez Fleites (Arte Collective), and Jeremy Dennis (Ma’s Residence & BIPOC Artwork Studio).  Guests will have the option to master about the Indigenous American Shinnecock Tribe with a tour of Ma’s Household & BIPOC Artwork Studio situated on the reservation.  

A highlight will be new music performances by GRAMMY-Nominated Singer/Songwriter Kenny Lattimore, Prime 40 R&B/Soul Singer/Songwriter ESNAVI, TONY-Nominated Performer Brenda Braxton (Broadway: CHICAGO The Musical), and hosted by Kevin Thompson (the Entertainer).  We’ll be ending the weekend with a culinary experience presented by the Black Culinary Expo where superstar chefs will curate soulful delicacies and cocktails.

SOUTHAMPTON AFRICAN AMERICAN MUSEUM was started and established by Brenda Simmons to advertise an comprehension and appreciation of African American society by making programs that will maintain the earlier, persuade mastering and increase the everyday living of the local community.   

SOUTHAMPTON ARTS Heart offers a dynamic location to present the maximum good quality programming to the total neighborhood by means of partnerships with a various slate of planet-course artists, performers, educators and cultural establishments. 

MA’S Property & BIPOC Artwork STUDIO is a project that serves as a communal artwork room dependent on the Shinnecock Indian Reservation in Southampton, NY. The family house, developed in the 1960s, functions a residency method for Black, Indigenous, and Individuals of Shade (BIPOC), art studio, library, along with hosting an array of art and record-centered packages for tribe users and the broader community group. 

ARTE COLLECTIVE supports and empowers artists in all disciplines to showcase their do the job, advertising and marketing creativeness and cultural recognition as a result of collective collaboration.
