Arts Center to hold classes and after-school programs this month; festival decorative arts entries now on display

The Arts Middle of the Grand Prairie will maintain lessons for adults and senior citizens and after-school plans for learners this month. Heart Director Chuck Legislation claimed there are also chances for people to watch operates designed by nearby artists.
